TaxAssist

TaxAssist enables data to be reliably transferred from the Vertex Sales Tax Q Series to Microsoft Dynamics, determining the correct tax rate by searching its databases for exceptions, jurisdiction and current rates. TaxAssist then enables the Vertex Sales Tax Q Series to calculate the correct tax amount and passes this information back to the Microsoft Dynamics application. The transaction data is then stored in a register database and used for the preparation of tax returns, the creation of audits and management reports.

eConnect Adapter for TaxAssist (GP)

With the eConnect Adapter, you can calculate taxes based on the Vertex Sales and Use application when importing orders into Microsoft Dynamics GP. The Adapter’s SQL stored procedures can be leveraged by either eConnect or through your own custom integration allowing imported sales orders to have taxes calculated based on the TaxAssist configuration and the Vertex tax rules and rates instead of the standard Dynamics GP tax engine.
